Hopkins Ordinary Ale Works
Fresh, Seasonal Beers Made by the Innkeeper
An absolutely charming craft beer experience located in the beautiful mountain town of Sperryville along the Blue Ridge Whisky Wine Loop.
Founded and operated by brewer Kevin and his wife Cheri, Hopkins Ordinary Ale Works offers an adorable tasting bar in the basement room of the historic Hopkins Ordinary B&B where customers can try all of the brewery’s fresh seasonal product and purchase to take home.
Equally impressive is the Ale Works’ “Biergarten” located just outside the door under a magnificent giant elm tree.
This is a magical location where locals and tourists typically wind down with a delicious cold beer gathered around a fire pit under outside string lights – a true “Biergarten” atmosphere.
Hopkins Ordinary Ale Works produces a surprisingly wide variety of unfiltered fresh beer using no preservatives. The beer selection typically includes Blonde, Saison, Pale Ale, Amber Ale, Porter, and more.
Kevin’s worldly experience, dedication to quality, and intense attention to detail assures high quality Ales throughout the seasons.
